Techfino Capital Private Limited (TCPL), a Bangalore based FinTech company started by industry veterans in Finance and Technology. TCPL plans to fund small size unsecured loans with a clear objective of customer end-use and tie up with various partners providing products and services. Along with products, company will largely cater to three types of services viz. Essential services, basic utility services and luxury services.



In line with the “digital India” initiative, we have technology as the cornerstone of our strategy. We aspire to build robust and secure technology platform and offer strong value proposition to customers and partners - seamless customer journey from on boarding to maturity of the loan. The technology is cutting edge and completely cloud-based with an ability to access from anywhere and on any device, providing simple, fast and cost effective financial solutions to customers for small size personal loans with identified end-use.

Jayaprakash Patra

Jayaprakash has has over 20 years of experience in Banking, sales, consulting and corporate strategy and has worked in various Private and Foreign banks in India (notably ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and ING Bank). He was instrumental in growth of business in all these banks by building high-quality asset book. During his banking career, he has handled large and multinational corporates across North, South and East India. Jayaprakash is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Rajesh Panda

A seasoned Banker with 18+ years of experience in Corporate Banking across India, in reputed Banks like Citi, ABN Amro and Standard Chartered. During his career, Rajesh had held multiple Leadership Roles, demonstrating significant growth in business for the large local corporates, mid corporate & MNC client segments, while acquiring a deep understanding of their businesses, across Industries. In his last role, he was heading Commercial Banking for South Indian markets in Standard Chartered Bank, as Executive Director. Rajesh is an MBA from ICFAI Business School. .

Ratikanta Satapathy

Ratikanta has over 18 years of experience in Banks and Non-banking finance companies (Notably HDFC Bank, Citigroup, Bajaj Finance) in the field of marketing and sales including Infrastructure Finance, Commercial Vehicle finance, Personal Loan, Business Loan, home loan and loan against property. He has worked in various geographies in India and has a experience of building and establishing successful Retail and Corporate Lending business. Ratikanta has done Executive PGDM from IIM, Kozhikode.


TCPL will tie-up with partner network for business sourcing. The arrangement would help ensuring liquidity support to the partners. Based on the market research and TCPL’s risk appetite for sectors, TCPL intends to cover the following segments


Process / How it works

Largely B2B2C. Liquidity support initiated at the point of sales (PoS) through carefully selected partners. We make products and services affordable to consumers by extending liquidity support based on various selection criteria and seamless on-boarding process. We aspire to do away with any type of physical documentation during the entire process of our engagement with partners and end customers.


Primarily focused on small size and short term personal loans to eligible customers with identified end use. We deal with various financial products in the consumer life cycle including the following
